In the courtyard of that Fondouk, you can see sheep hides drying before undergoing the tanning process. It is a square-shaped building, with an open-sky courtyard surrounded by a gallery. That gallery is sustained by brick pillars and it leads to rooms for the storage of the products or for craft art work.
