It's undergone a modern Moroccan redesign and now the air-conditioned interior is cool white tadelakt with splashes of vivid red. The roof terrace with its lounging cushions and oversize lanterns is the perfect place for a sunset drink overlooking the lush Jnan Sbil gardens. Or enjoy a casual meal of salads (the Caesar is particularly good) and fusion tapas, such as Roquefort-filled
